So a tree decided to get in the way of where I was going and busted up an a arm. Got everything ready to go back in and realize the end of axle was not engaging properly with the CV joint that goes in the hub.

I was about to load up for a weekend riding trip. Any way to get this to work somewhat properly? Can the shaft go back in and work? No one has an axle close so no way to get one before tomorrow. Any thoughts or feedback would be great. Ps I'll have one here when I get back, but don't want to miss riding this weekend.

How about a picture? You might just need to take the boot off and reinsert it in the cv. Or are you saying it came out of differential?

Just took the boot off and it seems that you are right, just came out. I guess it broke the little c-clip so I do believe I can at least get it all back in, just not sure about the c-clip quite yet..
