I have a 2012/2013 not sure exactly, pretty sure 2012 but it has a lift and extensions and I just got new rhino axles for the fronts and when I got it together I noticed the axle was rubbing on the housing of the wheel bearing and tearing up the axle. It’s not bad by any means but enough to leave a mark. Was wondering if I should grind the housing down with a grinder or the axles are wrong. It was hard enough to find a pair even long enough to fit but they did the only problem is it’s rubbing. What should I do???

I've never seen that.....

Is your wheel bearing pressed in correctly?

....unless those bearings are so shot they're letting the stub wobble THAT much ...
Or that they're the wrong OD stub diameter (smaller) than stock .
But either of these would cause severe driveability issues .
