Allballs racing has front and rear wheel bearings which are the same part number for nearly all can-am models 25-1516 for the 30id x 60od x 37 wide bearing NSK # 30BWD07

trail arm bearing?

The trail arm bearing is very expensive, it would be nice if they had a replacement for it, part# NSK 293350037

04 Outlander XT training Arm bearing

My Outlander bearings do not match the all balls racing ones, (which are just cheep trailer bearings and should not be used for driven wheels). My bearings are NSK # 30BWD10 which have id 30mm x od 62mm x w 38mm.

I have had nothing but bad luck with all balls and pivot works bearings. Yes OEM is expensive but worth it when you factor in the time and hassle it is to change these things. I bought all balls for a wolverine i had and they lasted 4 hours of total ride time before i had to replace them, same with the pivot works I put on my brute force. I learned my lesson just buy oem and you will have no issues, when it comes to bearing anyways.

I agree with the OEM decision. My replacements lasted 5 hours and lord knows what knid of wear to the sleeve in the arm. All I know is the wheel can be "wiggled" (for lack of a better term) side to side after 4 hrs of driving. I will have the OEM's in hand Wednesday and do not look forward to doing this again. The tool I made cost me about 50$ and will do the job over and over again but that's not the point. I bought a blade and I want things tip top when I am putting the old girl through that kind of work.

Well not exact copies because yours have rubber seals. I believe the metal shield is used due to high rpm and the rubber wont handle the environmental rigors that we put our quads through. Very nice website, those are some wicked looking castings for the rebuild kits. Are your bearings from a reputable manufacturer or from China?

So the all balls rear wheel bearings are no good in for the gen 2 outlander

Nothing is holding up on the mavs but oem wheel bearings and ball joints. I put cheapo trailing arm bearings in my xmr bc they hardly move but mine will eat a cheap wheel bearing in no time with the lift. Haven't tried Gregs yet but will next time I need one or 4.

I have put ALOT of research into finding a more affordable source. The best replacements (I am talking about true wheel bearing manufacturers for automotive driven wheels) are NSK 30BWD10A, TOYOTA 9004A-36087, SKF VKBA7427, AND PFI PW30620038CS. I have spent some 12 hours researching this. I do believe it to be accurate and the SKF# comes with a new circlip. I believe SKF is Toyota's OEM but without bearings in hand I can't be overjoyed. My OEM repair went without a hitch. No damage present inside the trailing arm. Polished the sleeve with some 800 grit emery cloth and gresed the outside of the bearing to keep it from seizing in there like the last. All said and done I am a happy man. My bearings are gen2 by the way.

All of these have a 62mm OD which is too large when compared to the factory having a 60mm OD. Unless the bore in the arm/spindle is over sized they may not fit. I have looked and looked for replacements that are better than the all balls, boss bearings and pivot works with out going BRP. You can find the part numbers for these bearings all on line but cant find a place to purchase! Even google is stumped and that doesnt happen to google much lol

I went with the OEM's because I had only driven my quad long enough to use 2 tanks of fuel, pretty sad but I like things right before I do my wrong. Can you tell me the source for the toyota's as I want spare in hand for any future problem and that's a good price. I have been renovating my basement for a pool table I bought and pretty much wasted the summer this way but the quad and pool table were my birthday present to myself so labor is my fault.

BEARING RADIAL BALL | Genuine Toyota | 9004A-36087

I bet with a little Google searching u could find those cheaper with free shipping...

That part number was the easiest to find... the SKF and other part numbers are not available in North America....

Your equipment does not have the same bearing number as mine. Can you get your hands on a measurement caliper to measure the inside diameter of the bearing sleeve? I have both the 6" and 12" digital Mititoyo calipers that I use for measurement.

I ordered a oem set Friday for $40 each. My dealer cut me a break.. they will be in this week. I will measure them as soon as they come in.. I have a nice set of digital calipers..

I'll check the ones I ordered when they comega in in a few days. Everything I have seen is all can am wheel bearings, g1 or g2 are the same size. If you go by the factory nsk replacement it shows the 60x30x37. Either way I'll check it out and get back with my results as well working or not.
