bike was working fine then had to change starter gear re ensemble the bike now won’t shift anybody have an idea where I went wrong?1999 traxter 500

Shifting into park, reverse,high or low?
or
Shifting from first to second ,third,fourth and fifth?

Look at all linkages touched to make sure they are correctly timed.
Verify function of the hydraulic solenoids.

You didn’t by chance bump the idle up did you? I reset mine to idle faster only to find out it would not shift at higher idle! Shifts fine at low idle though!
