I picked up a set of camoplast tracks for my outlander 800 and the right front track's drive gear is just barely touching the track frame and making a slight rattle when I drive it. I noticed that the track has a bit of a positive camber ( top out, bottom in) I have tried to adjust the track with the rod on the inside but had no luck. Has anyone ran into this before?

There's two possible problems here.
Either the bolt inside the main hub is loose or something inside the hub (either a bearing or the spacer) is damaged.

Remove the main hub bearing cap and check the torque of the main hub bolt. They have loctite and are torqued to roughly 80-90 lbs. If the bolt is tight, then your problem lies within the hub itself. To disassemble, slacken the track and remove the track. Loosen the main hub bolt and pull the track frame off. There should be two standard size bearings separated by a spacer.
