cv rubbing on both balljoints

I have a 2012 outlander 1000xt with a 2inch HL lift 30 inch Silverback and went with new after market axles on the front and the cv has been rubbing on both ball joints has anyone else had this problem with aftermarket axles on a stock or lifted bike as the supplier is telling me it's a normal thing from bike to bike and that the ball joints used are different from bike to bike witch makes no sense to me
