I have a new defender Max with tracks. I’ve experienced very little power and floatation when driving off hard packed snow. I’m at 11k ft elevation. Especially if you are on soft snow and have a 600 pound payload and on a small 10 degree hill. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to increase floatation and or power?

generally clutch kits compensate for heavy tires/tracks. Not sure whats available but id try Dalton industries. Only thought on flotation is wider tracks or a skidoo
Just to make sure you have ruled it out. It is my understanding that the Defenders have speed/power reduction if the driver's seat belt is not latched. Just making sure it isn't something as simple as that?
