just wondering if this looks right to you guys?this is the only way i could get the bracket to fit on with my muzzy slipon unnamed.jpg


will the top of my exhaust get hot and melt the plastic on my trunk ?

I've seen a lot of exhausts that were to close to plastics enough to melt/warp them. I would be careful of having any exhaust close to plastics.

Mine looks the same. I've put around 7,000 miles on and no melting yet.

Did you have to force it into place also? I did and mine set like that and was nearly touching my shock too. I just made a little bracket extension for it which let me rotate the mid pipe, that pulled it away from the shock and lowered the muffler. Also it isn't forced into place so there is no stress on anything. Pics are in this thread.

Mine is also the same. It took some finesse to get it in place. Been there for 2 years and it's good.
