DS90X Chain size 428?

I need to buy a new chain and sprockets for my boys bike and so far I am not sure I am finding the right size chain. Just want to confirm if I purchase the sprockets new from the dealer the chain for the stock sprockets is a 428. I am surprised the online manual does not specify the chain size but his won't stay on and the adjustment is at the end. I guess that means a lot of good fun has been had!

I just replaced both sprockets on my son's DS90. The front is a 16T($29.99) and the rear is 40T($77.99). Got them both from cheap cycle parts. I ordered a new chain from Rocky Mountain ATV ($15.48) and yes it is size 428. I did have to take about 4 links out of it though. It's a 2012 DS90.

Thanks for the information. With memorial day weekend coming up I hate to get the wrong parts in the mail and no time to fix the machine before the weekend.
