Front bumper is done. Used the idea from Wild Boar but changed it up a little bit. Made it a little bigger and used a angled mounting plate to fit a winch in the future. Bumper in made out of aluminum pipe. Total weight is 13 lbs. I have a total of 14 hrs from start to finish. What took the most time was smoothing out the welds so it looks nice. Off to powder coat.

I know in the pictures it looks like the bumper comes out passed the tires but it doesn't. Just the way the pic is I guess.
It's probably just an illusion but where the bottom of the wings meet the center bars looks uneven to me. The slightest bit asymmetrical would drive me nuts

Didn't notice it till you pointed it out. Have to look at it in person and see. Hopefully it is just an illusion because that will drive me nuts as well. Has to be I would of saw that I think. Lol
Make sure you cut holes or leave room to pull the lower A arm bolts out. You will thank me later when they need replaced!

It's bolted to the frame not welded. I can remove it if need be.
