don't ever pressure wash a radiator,u should check your rad for bent fins

Okay I'll check. anything else to look for?
Its normal, can ams run hot, my fan came on even in -30c weather, many run a bypass switch to manually run the fan more then it would just being controled by the temp sensor

One thing about the G2 Can Ams is the plastic. All the extra plastic keeps the heat in. If your rad is only coming on for a few seconds every few minutes or so, you are fine. A temp gauge and a fan bypass switch works well. I even mounted my rad up top and the fan still comes on periodically at various speeds.
