Does anyone have 1 of these on their outlander? Do you use it often? How's the install procedure? I don't like the idea of being towed by the winch. It's there for recovery and plowing not towing. My opinion. Let me know what you think

Front hook for towing
I also hate towing or pulling against the cable on the winch.
So I have built a very simple hook and plate bolted above the winch. It is plated underneath so the aluminum bumper is reinforced. Works great and you hardly know it is there.
