So this was the scene in my buddies shop tonight my 08 renegade 800x, and two xmrs 13 650 and 15 800 and couple grizzles and a few pints. we were looking over the 650 and found these drain plugs from behind left fender and the were full of oil and plant seeds see pic, I checked the oil and he was 1/4 inch below min fill, I laughed pretty hard seeing all that come out of his bike. I'm a renegade guy what are those hoses behind from fender, why full of oil and how did vegetation haha get in there? Any input from the xmr folks would be great!!

Those would be the drain tubes for the air box one on the clean side and one on dirty side which the air filter keeps water debri from building up in air box . The clean side tube usually fills with oil if the machine was upset (crank case oil). These should be cleaned regularly anything the intake picks up this is where it will go.

I had about a pint come out due to fact dealer overfilled my oil at 10hr service. I had a few seeds too.
Haha what you see in the pictures isn't half of what came out!!!
Chippy!

Looks like something deliberately put those seeds in there as they all seem to be of the same type of seed... Like something was storing them in there possibly chipmunk as they don't generally chew up foam air filters like a mouse would... I'd put money that says the seeds were put there by a chipmunk or other small animal that forges and hides it's food... If it were only a few seeds and there was other large amounts of other debris then I'd say normal dirty-side airbox debris.
I always wondered where these rotax engines get their power...chipmunks are in there peddling away!!!!
