Have been doing some thinking on what to throw on my new outty 800 and think im gonna go with a muzzy slip on in black finish, there's really no vendors around my area to pick one up so was wondering if anyone could recommend me a store with fair pricing and would ship up here to Canada???

Another BIG BUMP from me for VFORCEJOHN....The man is a genius about these quads. Love my Muzzy slip on and digituner. Makes my 1000 sound vicious. :D

Where in Manitoba are you? There are a few places I get my parts from and they can get Muzzy.

Offroad Traction in Brandon and Woodlands small engine in woodlands. Both are 4-5 days to get in once ordered.

Instead of starting a new thread I will ask it here, are you guys having issues with your muzzy's falling apart? I did a quick google search and heard it's an issue on the gen 2 outlanders, and mine is one of them. It has fallen apart in more ways than one and I'm just curious if you guys have had any issues. I also read that muzzy is basically telling people to pound sand, I am going to e-mail them about it and if their not willing to help I will ship it to them with a nice little note.

When you see a Muzzy in comparison to most others, the quality speaks for itself. I'm comparing it to like a HMF, ect. I've never seen the get torqued stuff but it also sounds like great quality stuff.

I did see the quality, it was spitting packing all over the ground lol. First the inlet came loose(ripped the threads out of the aluminum) so I had to bolt it straight through, and now both end caps are rattling loose (ovaled out the holes already) so I am getting them tigg'ed on because I am tired of pulling it off. It sounds like this is just a gen 2 thing, gen 1 can ams do not have the same problem.

Good info, I just don't want to tell them it is a known issue if there is only a few people having problems. I have had mine apart and I red loctite EVERYTHING so I am just not sure why it came apart...I had one bolt backing out so I tightened it and by the end of the ride I was missing 3 or 4 bolts and it was starting to spit the whole end cap off.

That's kind of odd my end cap screws have never moved. I can't believe they cane out on u in one ride. Muzzy has great customer service in my book I wouldn't think they would leave u hanging with a problem like that.
