Apparently much to my not knowing. My can am dealership can put my entire HMF exhaust on. Instead of me going directly to HMF. this is probably a good idea right ?
They have the power commmander and auto tune which automatically tunes the perfect air mix ratio while you ride. Sounds like they know there stuff. So I'm just gonna have them do it.
What is everyone's take on this ?

I removed my stock exhaust and was going to put my full Muzzy on except that I didn't want to mess with this one trouble bolt on the rear cylinder so, I let my dealer do it...I haven't had any issues out of mine. I did install my PCV though. It took maybe 10 minutes. Very easy....And I don't know about the PCV, "automatically tuning while you ride?". I believe there has to be a tune downloaded onto the PCV for it to work correctly.

I'm not the tuner expert, but I've read a million times on here that they run like crap with HMF tuner.
Search on here, theres many tuner threads. lots of good info.

Please don't expect your dealership to provide you with the best tuner. They are selling what they sell and not necessarily what tuner is the ether choice. Do your homework and then get what tuner you want, not just what they have. Maybe they have the good tuners, maybe not...

But my question is about the "auto tuning" that you said it did?...I didn't know you could just plug on a tuner and it would auto tune as you drove it?...ive always thought that a specific tune had to be downloaded onto the tuner itself for you to get any benefit from it....

I'm not sure. My 2016 had a full hmf system with there tuner. But from what I heard there tuner is not good. Talking to my dealer today they said there's a auto tuner that I could get. Very pricey but supposedly it adjust while your riding.
Example they gave was when I was doing my maple syrup gig in the woods and just slowly moving along it sends less fuel. Hit a corn field for example and go wide open it will increase the fuel. That was the example they gave me.

I didn't realize that my dealership could do a hmf system. Knowing that they could I'm having them put the entire system on. They have or shall I sell the power commander. The one used on there side by sides. If I understand them right which I still need to clarify. But I think the auto tuner is used in conjunction with the power commander. Or by itself. Not sure. And I think it's the power commander v
