I just push it with both hands and hold it against the housing behind it with one one hand then I get the bolt started. Its a bitch haha i messed around trying to get it back in by myself for like 45 mins. In this video the guy makes it look super easy and thats why I thought I could do it too:
I would personally buy the tools from BRP if I was to do it again, I watched the mechanic do it yesterday with the tools and it's a piece of cake with them. If not get a second person to help you, the primary is easy to put back in because you only have to line up the shaft, the secondary is a bitch because the helix wants to pop out from the shaft and you have to line up the peaks of it in the voids behind the clutch. Anyways good luck!
