When disassembled primary the rubber sliders fell out there is notice le more wear on these the others on opposite side stayed in? Also my helix has wear on it see pics... Any thoughts

That's all normal wear. I'm not sure if you can swap sides on the buttons or not. I would think you can. One side gets more wear since the primary gets pressure in only one direction as it rotates.

If you're going through all that , why not just replace the sliders ? They're cheap .
Helix looks OK to run.

The graphite sliders usually have a little square tit on the rear that hold them in place....always breaks off. I put a dab of silicon behind each one to hold them in place for re-assembly.

Mine looked pretty much the same... Replaced my buttons and helix last year... N this year was able to find some polymer bushings for the secondary too but that's a whole other story... Best o luck!
