LED headlight bulbs without fan or finned heatsink

I wanna put LED light bulbs in my outlander and I don't really think the LED bulbs with a fan or the finned heatsink will hold up well in mud, water, and snow. So I happened to find these bulbs with a flexible braided heatsink was curious if anyone else has used them?

My friend ownes a lighting company and just got thos in. The day i got my xmr he put one in the headlight to see if it would work, in broad daylight it shined against the truck from about 8 feet away like it was dark out. They are wicked bright...... But.... I didnt leave them in there because i thought the exact same thing that heat sink will get full of crap im the mud or thel will get cought on somthing n ripped off. It will be hard to find a led headlamp thats bright with out a heat sink of somesort. Leds get hot with out cooling they burn out quick. How much did you find those lights for.
I was worried about the LED heat sink and fans filling with mud and water so I went with a plug and play set of HID off ebay. Best $25 I've spent on a set of lights. Had LED set up in my Jeep and they don't compare. Going with HID in my new truck now. We'll worth the money and the little time it took to route the wires.
