Low coolant level in the overflow reservoir

Hi Guys,
I got a Commander and I noticed that the coolant lvl in the overflow reservoir is below the minimum lvl. It doesn't seem to overheat, neither do I get a check engine light and the fan seems to work right.
So, is it ok for the coolant in the overflow reservoir to be below the minimum level?

Yah it is fine. I would top it off but it won't hurt to run it a little low.
