Tired the Ceramic coatings I’ve been reading about. Really easy to use, spray on the cloth, wipe, let dry 2 minutes and with another cloth buff out. Simple and fast and the shine is better than the waxes I’ve been using. Decided to use it on plastic as well, created a factory sheen non glossy and looks excellent. On the plastic in one of the pics you can see non coated vs coated to give you and idea of the sheen. What I like about it is you can eliminate all the other trim products and waxes and just use the ceramic coating on everything, I even put it on the racks and painted bumpers. It’s supposed to last longer and repel mud.

Best way to describe the look is a satin clear coat. I’m on my 4th quad now and getting to really like it. No wax residue or wax in the corners you struggle to get out. Makes the plastics look really nice. I’m ditching my trim products and waxes for sure now.

Seems like a really good product, how long between sprays, every wash?
It’s not a detailer that you use after washing, its coating that is supposed to bind to the surface and provide a long lasting coating that resists dirt and water. As per Mothers in their testing the test vehicle did 100 washings without any wear on the coating. Could be hype but Mothers makes pretty decent products.
Tried it on sled plastic ( plastic is plastic) and got great results there too.

You guys may want to check this real-life transparent comparison of similar products. The Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions performed better than the Mothers CMX. Just another option for you to explore.

That was great and will have to try that one too. Lots to choose from the Ceramic coatings are so easy to use.
