BRP Traxter MPEM was broken. Contacted Bombardier and was told the part is no longer available.
Discovered Burl Finklestein on this Can-Am forum and he was amazing.
Spoke with me on the phone initially. I mailed the part cross-border to Burl in Georgia. It was repaired quickly and sent it back to me cross-border as promised.
Traxter is working beautifully again
Can’t recommend Burl highly enough. He knows what he’s doing and has a genuine interest to be helpful.
