Hey guys,
My 08 800 has had some intermittent starting problems since last spring, I've pretty much eliminated everything but the multifunction switch, I've read that this can give some problems because it's not completely waterproof and the copper staple can become corroded, I had to jump the solenoid to start my quad almost all day on Saturday except when I started it up first thing in the morning when it was good and dry, after a little moisture it failed again. I was wondering if anyone had replaced one before or knows of a procedure to do so? I had a good look at it this winter when I knew it was going to be an issue and it looks like a lot has to come off. Any tips and or procedures would be greatly appreciated!
