So, John, what's a full Muzzy system for a Gen 1 Outty Xxc run shipped? I looked on their site, but couldn't find the information on if the bungs were already there or not....?

The full system g1 Muzzy is 600.00 with Black Can

I can have stainless 02 bungs pre welded in each header for you for 35.00 each.


on the g1, Direct from muzzy they only come with 1 bung in the collector.

I do not ceramic coat here. but you can certainly do it. Just do not coat the joints where they go together or you will never get them to slip fit.

If you put a pipe on your ATV make sure you remove it before you take the ATV to your dealer for service.

that's why I got the slip-on, I asked my dealer if they would warrant with the full and they said no, but yes to the slip-on,, lol,, go figure.

Yes, I agree. If you ever have an issue. spend the time and put it back to stock as well as possible.

I have seen dealers deny claims for too knobby a tire, even though they were stock size!!

I currently have the full system with duals and a pc5 but I've never been crazy about the looks of it and I'll probably never take advantage of the bungs. I'm thinking of buying a slip-on from you and flogging the duals locally.

Do you still have a Black G2 Outlander slipon available? I have a pc5, would it come with a map for the pipe? or would the same map for the duals I have on now work?

black g2 slipon is 355.00 and in stock. shipping is 69.00 to Canada.

Pipes do not come with maps, that's up to you to get tuned in. I do have some mapping but it's for a full system. I don't use the PC5 often, unless I have to.

Yes, I have the slip-ons here.

295.00 for the black Muzzy slip-on it fits 500-650-800 g1 std frame from 2008-2011 06-07 with spring muffler these will not fit!!
