No rear running lights…

First post…2020 Commander…500 miles…I bought my commander last fall. Added a new old stock Wide Open Company roof, doors and windshield. I noticed this spring the running lights in the tail lights had stopped working. I did not give it too much thought as I don’t ride much after dark…now, with the days getting shorter, I worked on finding the cause.
Fuse 4, 10 amp was good. But replaced
No power to the sockets…checked at the plug under the bed…no current there either.
Brake lights work.
I have started checking for current along the wire.
I have found another post or two, similar issue..but no solutions in those posts.

Any ideas of what to look at?

Thanks

I have started checking for current along the wire.
That's all I could offer at this point. Somewhere between the fuse and the plug under the bed, there's got to be a chafe/break in the wire powering the taillights.

Thanks. I have made it back to the engine, where the harness goes up to the dash area. When I put a meter on Fuse 4, one side had 12 volts…the other side had .5 volts with the key on and no fuse in the block…is that normal?
