Another question, outlander 570 max xt 2019 the most rpm i can get is around 6300 rpm, i know i should go to 7700rpm. The tires are 25 "on the clutch is nothing touched. I have a performance key, the vehicle has covered 2500km of easy driving. PS model 570/650 europa

Is it actually cutting the motor out at that rpm? Like a rev-limiter? Or does the bike just quit pulling?

How about a picture. There are only two types. The itc or cable operated.

I stand corrected. Im guessing that is still cable operated but that is like a snowmobile setup.

What I'm trying to figure out if it's a simple case of the throttle cable being out of adjustment, and you're not getting WFO out of it,

Or if it's a programmed/tune issue, that rev-limits you to that rpm. Does it rev higher in neutral? Low range?

I looked at a parts diagram and it actually looks like those are wires not cables coming from the throttle lever? So if it is electronic I would assume it can't be adjusted. I have never seen that throttle on a Can Am so I really don't know.

On a separate topic where is the 4wd switch at?

This whole handlebar setup does not look Can-Am at all but maybe that's how they offered them in Europe. Maybe @Orion on the other side of the pond can shed some light on this.

It is Europe model handlebar setup.. Throttle is by controlled by electric (no cable) There is different rpm limit on low and high. Mine 650 abs will go in low gear over 8000rpm (from buds2 data logger show 8400~8600). High gear limit is 6850 rpm at top speed 105kph... But when tps sensor start to go bad and give wrong throttle data it will climb 7100rpm in high gear but no more speed then stock (as speed limit is not connect or controlled by throttle body).

For topic starter:
You can ask from dealer to reset tps sensor and do calibration for throttle. And over all if there is some occured fault maybe?

Mine has o2 and yoshi exhaust. Stock brp software 2018 will go lean with open "muffler". But with 2021 brp software it's run much richer = No bang bang from exhaust as versus stock...

I’m not familiar with that model but maybe you could identify the exact version from the BRP Parts Catalogue listings, which would then give the guys on here something to work on?

Looking at your supplied pictures the throttle lever doesn’t match any that I’ve seen on an Outlander before. Is it fouling on the grip and preventing full operation?

That's what I was curious about, as well, but he'd have to pull the little cover off the throttle body and confirm he's actually getting WOT via the handlebar control, or if something is out of adjustment or otherwise limiting the stroke.
