Outlander 650 blown up?

May have blown my 2011 outty 650xt up this past weekend. Was running it decently hard back the cottage going up that last hill on the road and started making a little noise then it died. Wouldn't turn over got it back it started but real faintly seemed like running on one cylinder. The plugs looked fine no shavings or anything. Although I noticed it looks like oil is seeping out of the plug on the side of the case were the crank would be?
When it starts it sounds like metal rubbing. Not sure tho taking it to the dealer tomorrow. Anyone ever put 800 pistons and heads on a 650? Make much difference and what do it all intel?

Look up mrrpm he has kits all bolt on just need a power commander. It makes a big difference I highly recommend going 840 with gen 2 cams
Many people have put 800 top ends on 650, makes it an 800, requires fuel programmer
650 and 800 are the exact same motor just oversized pistons. Matter if fact the 500 is the same bottom end with a smaller bore and shorter stroke. There's a list if the gas to check before you tear I to it but if you're taking it to the dealer he should hopefully know what to do.
MR RPM even sells ( or used to 800 jugs and pistons ) pretty cheap from what I have heard. Give Greg a call.
Dealer called today and said top end had good compression. They pulled the side panel off and it looks as if the crankbearing is showing signs of wear. They are going to dig in a little more and split the case and do a full inspection. Any ideas what to do if it is crankbearing? Get ahold of insurance company? He also told me they only got about a quart of oil out of it, before we left for the trip I topped it off and it was full.
You can get a complete crank/rod set and an 800cc top end kit from MrRpm for $1000. Add a programmer and good to go!
I can sell you a new 800 top end for $400 with any compression you want. We have cranks and rods for $350 a set based on exchange.

Who do you use for your pistons?
Every thing I offer are custom made JE pistons
