Rode last night everything was normal parked in the yard got home today turned the key on and nothing happens. Got my battery checked and it was good both post are as tight as possible. No power coming through any of the fuses but the key and it only has power going through two wires of the ignition when turned on

You didn't say what your riding, but I believe most can am's have a front fuse box and a rear fuse box. What you need to do is determine where the power ends. i.e. if the rear fuse box and power in, but no power out, the main fuse is blown, and that would explain why nothing in the front fuse box.

Not sure about the commander, on the atv's that I'm familiar with the rear fuse box is pretty close to the battery and it only has a few fuses in it. You need to trace the positive from the battery and it will lead you to the fuse boxes. A10ThunderboltII's comment could very well be your issue.
