update the bike us idled lower down to 5 bars but that is high sill used to be at 3 bars
Sounds to me like the throttle position censor needs to be re-calibrated which required BUDS. Dealer or maybe someone you know with BUDS can do it.

I know on the G1 bikes you could unplug and re plug the Throttle Position Sensor without a problem as long as you didn't loosen the housing screws and try to rotate it . Maybe it's different on the G2s' Throttle by wire? Maybe a few key cycles will clear it ?
If not , it's probably going to be a trip to the dealer.

And code p1619 is still on the dash and limp home mode is still on
Did you try disconnecting the negative battery cable for a minute or two then reconnecting it ?

Yes I disconnected and unplugged the from the sensor, while the bike was off the code came off and engine light was gone took the bike for a spin was all good stopped at my buddy’s house came out turned the bike on and the code was back on the screen
What year model?

Throttle by wire?
Or traditional cable throttle?

If it's cable, you might've stretched or kinked it with that riser install. Double-check your work

The way you worded post 7 it sounds like you unplugged the sensor and the battery .
I suggested disconnecting the negative battery cable only and letting it rest for a minute or two.
If that doesn't work , I'm out of suggestions.
Sorry.
