PS/Gauge cluster fuse

I keep blowing this fuse (10 amp). Today it happened twice in 2 hrs. Gauge cluster looses power along with PS. Everything looks to be sealed up. No corrosion on any connectors under where the fuse box is.

I'm not an electrical wizard so needing some help with what direction I go from here.

Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like you've either got a chafed wire short somewhere in the harness, or the PS unit/gauge cluster circuit itself is maybe just pulling too many amps, or more than BRP intended at first.

Within reason, you can usually "test" for a bare wire by slightly stepping up the fuse you're replacing. Try a 15A in place of the 10 and see if it still fails. If the circuit is merely pushing the limits of the fuse, the heavier one will give you that little extra buffer/margin.

But if you've got a chafed wire/short somewhere, it'll pop the higher fuse as well.
