Rear Diff

How warm/hot should the rear diff get? I was riding on the road a lot and after I got off I took the temp and it read almost 160° F? Is that normal?

Sounds about right. I didn't check the temp, but I couldn't hol my hand on mine. Then I checked my brothers 700 H1 Arctic Cat, and I think his was hotter yet. Must be normal.
