Everything I'm reading about that code doesn't fault the actual sensor but the voltage supplied to it is low .
Not sure how to test but thought I'd chime in .

That answers my question, thank you! I’ve looked everywhere to find a reset for it. The battery has has a trickle charger on it all winter but hasn’t the guts to actually turn the engine over so I’m hoping that’s the next step to getting it running again. These bikes will self-clear upon resolution of the issue. It may take a run cycle or two, but there's no special procedure that I've ever heard of, to force a reset/clear.
If the light/error doesn't go away, you still have an issue
Thank you Chief, I shall get onto it this weekend. If it is in Limp mode, then like the Bomb says, “If the light/error doesn't go away, you still have an issue”
P0112
Module: ECM
Description: Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 circuit low
Cause: Damaged sensor
damaged circuit wires
damaged connector or damaged ECM pins
ECM voltage supply low
Action: Make sure sensor connector is well inserted. Disconnect the sensor, measure the voltage of the harness power wires (expected value: 4.8 to 5.1 volts). Measure the resistance of the harness wires, between the ECM and sensor connectors (expected value < 2 ohms)
Since you've already changed the sensor that eliminates the first cause. Check out the other actions listed above.
