Renegade 500 intermittent stalling

Picked up a renegade 500 dirt cheap cause the guy couldn't get it running. Put in a new fuel pump and battery and she's good to go....but if I drive even 30 feet and let off the gas it'll stall. But if I take off and go it'll run forever until I stop and it'll stall again. Have to hold the throttle half open to get it running again,,,,unless I shut the key off and let it power down, then it'll fire right back up with out touching the throttle and idle fine.

Reset TPS couple times, no fault codes, swapped IAC valve for one out another machine,,,same thing. I will mention when i hold the throttle wide open after resetting tps I only get a reading of 80 something degrees open.

Other than this little hiccup it runs awesome and is surprisingly peppy for a 500

Im dealing with a similar issue but mine happens after a couple hours, so maybe the problems are nothing alike. But check your voltage with the machine running as see what your getting maybe. I just noticed on mine that the fuel pressure is low once electrical things start turning on such as cooling fan, or headlights. And its only running at 12V at idle up to 2500rpm. So im figuring the low fuel pressure causes it to die when you demand full throttle for instance but its only pushing 25 psi fuel pressure vs the 50psi its supposed to be running at.( Fuel pressure is for an 800 but im sure they are similar.) And when your riding like a mad man at high rpm then the system is running at 14 volts which is allowing the pump to supply as much fuel as needed. Therefore not dieing..?..?
It's charging fine, 14 volts at idle, at least that what it's showing while hooked up to my B.U.D.S.
You have B.U.D.S Software & interface? How can I get that? I would be swapping batteries with someone. Or Swap a TPS from a real good buddies Renegade. OR just start checking all connections & squirting them w good Ole' WD-40.
