Hey guys, I’m just wondering what the rpm should be at idle on a 2018 outlander 1000r. I start mine up and the idle is at 1400 -1500, and when I put it gear it jerks the atv forward and the same thing happens if I do it reverse, is there a way to adjust the rpm or is there something else going on.

My '23 1000r idles at 1250-1300. 1400-1500 does seem high, especially when you add that it lurches when put in gear.
I'll stand aside and wait for responses about adjusting idle RPM from folks more knowledgeable than me on this subject, as I'm curious my own self on how one would adjust idle RPM.
