Rubbing issues

So I recently got some 29.5 outlaw 2's put on my outlander on msa m20 rims and man does it look good! But besides that they rub quite a bit in the back when i jump it or hit a big bump Im pretty sure that it is hitting the back of the footwell. I also have a 2in spring spacer lift on it and it made it ride rough like really rough so if I take the lift off it should let it sit a little lower allowing it to not hit the back of the footwell correct? At least I konw it will make it smother!
