Gotta 2011 outymax with mods, and running stock factory shocks with the snow plow springs and an RDC lift kit. I like the 30" Zillas , no better yet I love them on my second set. I have the clearance (15") but the ride could be nicer. If I soften things up I run the risk of tearing out the front lights , anyone else run into this dilemma?? Ground clearance plus decent ride, am I asking too much?? please don't suggest different tires, not gonna happen, looking for suspension suggestions that are not $1100.00 per corner.

With your tires, you kinda made your bed, now you get to lay in it.

You are doing nothing more than removing suspension travel to keep your lights.
So either keep it on big rubber and ride like crap, or downsize the rubber and enjoy the smooth ride like it was designed to offer!

Pull the light buckets, install a cover blank in their place. Install an LED light bar. With the light bar, you'll find the oem lights are just there to take up space.

After doing the above, you can run whatever shock you want.
