Snorkel or rad relocate kit first

Rad relocate. Take a good close look at how hard it is to get in there and clean. You almost have to remove the inner plastics to clean it. And even if you do, you can only get it about 70% clean unless you pull the radiator.

I would do both at the same time. I did my snorkel kit for about 80$ in materials

These things can go plenty deep in water without mods; but the rad is almost impossible to clean on the fan side. I did the rad relocate because my bike started overheating more and more. I was able to clean the front ok, but the mud has nowhere to go on the edges and packs in. After pulling the rad completely out and taking hours to get to it, no looking back, the relocate kit was ordered.

Definitely do the rad first

I would do the snorkels. Just because I'm not a fan of going and riding with that limitation

You're only really gaining a few more inches with the snorkels... Like it was said above... The intakes on these machines are already relatively high for any ATV. And he'll be more limited when he's overhearing in limp mode like these are so notorious for.
