Spearhead trails in SW Virginia

i did some reading on their website and i think permit is 50.00 per person. Doe Mtn in Mountain City Tn in now open for just over a year. They have 8800 acres with at least 34 miles of trails with more coming. You about 5.25 hrs one way from them being in Warrenton Va.
Yep it's $50 for the year and wouldn't be too far. Ironically I can be in Charlotte quicker than driving to Hatfields not to mention they are almost the same as going to TN to Windrock, Brimstone or Trails End. I want to take the family and will need to rent a SxS since son paralyzed himself and can't ride his ATV anymore. Just not sure where to go.

oh shoot, how old is son? Well, Spearhead from what i gather rents atv/sxs? Not sure the others you mentioned do? Not to forget Royal Blue also along with those mentioned. The sad part is with all those trails, they each have their own permit so more money going out if you decide to hit more than one.
The rental thing looks feasible around Hatfield's or at least that's what I think I saw on Fisher's show. I was surprised to see Spearhead did it.
He's 17. Proved it's not the speed of a DS450 that hurts but the sudden introduction to Earth. He zigged when he should have zagged on a WV coal trail. Endo'd face first and compressed his spine. 4 rods and 16 crushed or cracked vertebrae. He's a miracle kid though. It happened in Oct and he was given less than .5% of feeling his legs let alone walking. He's now walking with one crutch. He wants to get back on an ATV but mom is insisting on SxS. I may trade off his DS for an Outty but she wants a SxS too. Only thing I see is $$$$, another trailer, and no place to park it because of fascist HOA!! LOL!

Sounds like praises to God? One never knows? Pending, you can find sxs around 50" pending on manufacturer. A max is front to back instead of side to side. I guess it just a comfort zone. I know i'd feel better if another gent was beside me instead of behind me but that is me. The good thing with an rental is that you can try different sxs's and find out which you like, at least i think so?
