It's a fairly common complaint, the OEM brake pads leave a lot to be desired. Sometimes they squeal and many times to prematurely wear out. Get yourself some EBC or Race Driven brakes pads and that should fix the issue.

Sintered metal brake pads last longest and have the most bite.
That said any brake dust etc that gets between the rotor and pad will cause you to squeal like a city bus. It does not hurt anything other than your ears / pride, you can often clean them out and it goes away for a while. If it really bothers you switch to a Organic pad and they should be quieter tough you may lose some power or lifespan with the softer material.

I would try taking the wheel off and clean the rotor really good with brake cleaner before I buy new pads. Maybe you already tried this ? I'm wondering if there might be a film on the new rotors to keep them from rusting during assembly.
