Timing chain slapping

I have a 08 can am ds450, the timing chain broke and I've replaced it. I followed the shop manuel on how to set the timing correctly. The bike does start and ran for a few minutes. The slapping got louder so I shut it down. I lifted the rear tires off the ground and took the valve cover off to see whats going on. The right chain slider moves when at bottom dead center.
Any ideas? I have replaced the tensioner so its not that.
I do have a video of what its doing.
