Trouble Starting

I have a '13 Outlander 1000xt, with maybe 150 miles. I've had issues starting it since the beginning.

I turn the key, wait for my name to scroll across the dash and listen for the fuel pump to finish priming. Then I hit the start button, but it cranks and cranks and won't turn over until I finally squeeze the throttle a little. It idles a little low for the first 10 or 15 seconds after starting.

After its been running awhile, I can shut it off and start it up without this issue.

Any ideas what's going on? Thanks guys!
