Is it OK to have water over the battery? Like if I was going deep enough that water would be over my battery would that do anything bad or is it OK? I don't plan on doing it, it's just something I've always wondered about more than anything.

your fine, I take mine out over the seat all the time. no prblems yet... althought the battery bolts are a bit rusty...

Yeah I actually just tested this out for myself a couple hours ago. Went over to my brother in laws place. Good water and mud spots. One area he didn't go through but I did the water was over my seat. Went through it a couple more ideas just because I could. Then a mud fight in another area. Polaris 570 again outlander 800r. He did sling mud on me real good a couple times. But I could throw mud farther so I had range on my side.

And I said I didn't plan on making it into a submarine...
