Took my plow plate to work today and plated it in high phos nickel. So now it looks cool and it won't rust during the winter. Now I'm thinking what else would be worth taking off and plating. Have access to black oxide, Copper, Silver, cadmium, nickel in high and mid phos, hard and soft.

Wired new rear power outlet for wood trailer crane. Let's see if 25mm2 and 150amps forklift connector keep up..

Not even a year.. and one of my heated grips (OEM can am) has some play where I can slightly twist it back and forth. Anyone else have this issue?

The little bolt is tight..
Mine have that and I just put them on this last winter, I think they are like that when you got them but you just didn’t notice until now.

The wood on the trailer? Looks heavily loaded.

Noticed my rear left side seems to sit lower than the right side. Tire pressure and preloads are the same.
What’s the next spot to check? As I don’t see any obvious broken/bent parts.

The left side sits a tad more than 1/4” lower..

Vertical frame of crane is bend back = Lower weld broke... Every load is test load

I've heard that because that side is so close to the exhaust that spring fatigue happens due to heat. Not sure how true it is but I guess it's plausible. If you don't find anything else then maybe it's true.

Who knows
