Guys what is your opinion about proper aluminum wheel spacers ,,, who uses them from you out there ? what wins on theadvantages disadvantages scale ? Im thinkig of installing a 1inch spacers on all whells on my 800r ...

You'll find it steers harder....and the front tires will tend to grab the sides more....but better for mud and better stability for sure.

Wider better IMO, but as Dave points out, has a couple of slight drawbacks. Price some nice wheels you will find with the price of GOOD spacers new wheels are not that much more expensive.

Saw an ad on ebay guy was selling 800 with the wheels on in reverse? Much wider. Any thoughts on potential damage, problems?

Would depend on where you ride, tight trails would suck, tires would catch on everything, way harder to steer. MUD and dirt roads the width would help, be harder on front end parts.
