I've ran a lot of performance quads.. never had this issue.

The only other thing is when putting the wheel on if its getting jammed crooked & your running the nuts on stretching the studs or using a impact unevenly then torqueing to see if its in spec. I see so many techs using impacts improperly on wheels all the time, you need to run the nuts on slow as to center the wheel first then tighten a little as you go, also put antiseize on the threads for equal distribution of torque on the studs.

I have never actually torqued my wheel nuts I always used my electric snap on 3/8 impact. Had wheels off at least 100 times with just a very little dab of copper anti seize.
