Will this setup work?

I'm running 30" mud lite on my 14 outlander 1000. No lift, and nothing trimmed but there ain't any room left. I have a 1.5" pipe lift sitting in my garage but not sure if I'm gonna install cause when I lift up the back of the bike by hand it actually makes the wheels come closer to the running boards

I think i'm going with the M23 wheels and EFX Motoboss 28x10x14 all around
Then I can rotate them
