I would have lost my mined if someone wrecked my bike. Hope ur family member is ok but i agree with dherman. Looking at that pic of the lower a-arm, looks like it was rusted inside... Make sure there is no frame damage b4 u spend a bunch of money in parts.

My cousin(the one who wrecked my quad) isnt in the best financial situation & waiting for him to come up with the money to fix;I would only be setting myself up to be more upset about the situation. I found the upper & lower LH control arm:th_smiliewoo:So now I can at least get it moving. But still in need of other parts. Thanks you guys for all input that may help.

So... It's a $5000 deposit to ride from now on. Right? BTW I have 4 stock shocks, complete stock exhaust system, a slip on HMF Muffler. And a new fan with a radiator that is not 100% in my view. Which makes it cheap. All G1

Look close, there is likely more bent than just the a arm. Look now, so you can find parts eventually.
Be sure the frame is OK too, otherwise the whole unit is junk.

Does insurance cover any of this?

What insurance are you using??? I have state farm on mine and weather or not its my fault its covered. Whats the point of having it if it doesnt cover your bike when you need it the most

Insurance should cover it if the owner was riding. However, it was his cousin...

Maybe your insurance is different but mine covers the bike no matter who is driving it as long as they have my permission to use it.
