Update
So I spoke with my dealer yesterday and the service manager tried to tell me I swamped my machine! He said he found dirt under the seat and mud on top of my muffler. I couldn't be leave my ears! I said of course there's mud on the muffler,it's in the wheel well.I asked him how that was possible when the first chamber and air filter were perfectly clean? He had no anwser and told me to talk to his macinic.after a few min on hold, the macinic came on the phone and tried to tell the same thing.after I asked him the same question he agreed that the first chamber an air filter were clean along with my CVT. He then tried to tell me it was condensation and that it was normal.i then said,if that was the case then that still doesn't explain the dirt and sand that got in there!he then tried to tell me that it was normal for some dirt to pass the filter."he thinks I'm stupid"I said if that was the case then the first chamber an air filter should have dirt on them.which they don't.as you seen in the photos. He then said the only thing he could do is to take the air box right off and fill it with water to see if it leaks.i stopped him and said, you didn't do that? He said no and that it was a lot of work to take it out.he then said if He doesnt find anything, then how am I going to get paid.i said that's not my problem and that there is clearly a problem.he told me that maybe he's missing something and that he's going to take the pressure washer to it. I told him, he needs to take it right out of the machine as there might be a hairline crack or a bolt through somewhere he can't see.he said he would try the pressure washer first an the speak to his manager. I can't be leave this is happening and want to get BRP involved now!!! What should I do???
