Check your fuses in the front service compartment.

 

I checked the fuses they are all good

 

I believe there are three in a box at rear by the v-regulator, did you check those...If not a wire off of the ignition switch,or bad ign switch...

Did you find the problem I am also going though this on a 17 xmr 1000 outty

 

Much older outty I had this problem with a broken wire under the fuse box. Might be worth checking. There was a soldered join which had corroded.
