Russell, your setup should be 49-50. You must have had slippage on the dyno, or maybe you're at a high elevation?

Looks like my results reflect Russels. 45.43hp 32.48tq. 900ft elevation. 08 Renegade AAEN Slip on, PC III 09intake, top of air box lid cut open and bottom sealed off. 25" terracross @ 15psi. 08 Renegade 800_014.drf: 75.90°F 29.48in-Hg Humidity:23% STD:1.02 Average Gear Ratio:N/A 12.62af

Guess I was kind of dissapointed at first. Then rode the machine. Picked up around 2.5hp at peak at the rear wheels and smoothed out the curves. Would have like to come on here and said it was in the mid 50's for hp. Machine feels great.

Anyone here own this one?
2009 Lifted Can Am Outlander 840*

Would that motor even make 103 at the crank?
Easily. A CVT tranny loses approx 30-35% horsepower going thru the driveline.
This would mean 65-70RWHP. I have built 840's that made 83-84RWHP, which translates to around 120HP at the crank.
I didn't realize CVT lost that much through the driveline, that was going to be my question. Street vehicles are 15%+ in most instances which would generate to me having 60 RWHP on my quad but I guess 30-35% makes more sense for me having only 50.5 RWHP. Still seems like I am down on power for some of the mods I have done.

2011 Outlander 800R XT
HMF headers
Muzzy slip-on
bigger TB (don't remember size)
stock air-filter (breathes best)
Dalton DBO800M or stock clutch didn't matter
Power Commander 5
stock rims with 26" BigHorn 2.0
Rhino axles
Radiator relocate w/Engine Ice
Hayden fan mod 160F degrees (instead of 210F+)

Otherwise it's a stock bike. I do have the dyno printout. Hoped for more power. Oh-well.

As I can read my bike should be tuned wrong because I got only 55rwhp and 37pounds of torque.
My settings is:
valve seat cut, port and polish on head,
Drop in Mrrpm cams,
Mrrpm Air intakes
PCV
HMF performance series
50 mm throttle body
