OK guys...This thread's purpose is to post up Dyno HP numbers for the machines you have or haveowned. Please do not just post Mods you have done on your machine, without having some Dyno Information to share.

The purpose here is to share with all other members how the mods you have done have increased or affected the machines performance .

If you have questions about any information here, please PM the question to the person. This Thread is for numbers only and no discussion.

I think i will plug back my autotune, I've got the one with 2 oxygene sensor. From stock engine an now I see a big différence. Maybe the best way to tune it, it's to do a trip to yours place ;)

I can tune it for sure, but I think it's a long trip for you! It can be tuned with or without a dyno, all that matters is that you have both cylinders burning at a 13.3:1 ratio, under power.

Easily. A CVT tranny loses approx 30-35% horsepower going thru the driveline.
This would mean 65-70RWHP. I have built 840's that made 83-84RWHP, which translates to around 120HP at the crank.

Was the 50hp run stock? I would hope you got more than 8hp out of 840 build with cams and full muzzy.

They figure out how to get that PCV working? lol

Im not sure if the first run was with the dobec or pcv. I had to work and couldnt be there for the tune. The dyno tune was free so i couldnt complain.

here's one I put together and dyno'd a month ago.

2012 brute 750 with my drop in piston and cam kit and a small 25hp wet kit shot of nos.

stock it made 41 rwhp. motor it makes 65 rhwp, nos it makes 94. also very reliable.

it dusts my 1000 renegade very easily.

Here's the vid of it running behind my shop. (pause it at 5 seconds and you'll see he's literally hanging on for life) at the track this runs 8th mile in 7.2 seconds @88mph it'll be faster when we get a wheelie bar and he can use the full shot from the start.

2011 Outlander 800R XXC with SS wheels/26" Bighorns, stock clutching, on a Dynojet 248 car dyno

49.91whp. 38.39wtq
51.05whp 38.17wtq
50.56whp 38.43wtq

This dyno has larger rollers, said first ATV dyno'd on it! I couldn't even hit the rev limit......well maybe could if I would have held it WOT for a minute! BUt got to around 70 and shut her down.
